Physiotherapist

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Provide effective physiotherapy assessment and treatment for clients across different care settings.

• Educate and train clients and caregivers on self-management techniques.

• Participate actively in Client Review meetings with other team members.

• Formulate discharge and continuity-of-care plans based on client progress, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitate community integration by collaborating with community partners when required.

Education and Training

• Keep abreast of professional advancements and contribute to the development of the department.

• Provide training and guidance to support staff, students, and volunteers.

• Participate in research and quality improvement projects.

Administration and Operations

• Provide coverage for fellow Physiotherapists within the Allied Health team when required.

• Monitor individual key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in the implementation and promotion of new clinical services.

• Participate in departmental or cross-departmental projects and committees.

Other Duties

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Head of Allied Health.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy).

• Fully registered and licensed to practise in Singapore with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

• IT-proficient, comfortable working with cloud-based systems and MS Office.

• Good team player with strong communication skills.

• Able to multi-task, manage workload, and work independently.
