Clinical Duties
Provide effective physiotherapy assessment and treatment for clients across different care settings.
Educate and train clients and caregivers on self-management techniques.
Participate actively in Client Review meetings with other team members.
Formulate discharge and continuity-of-care plans based on client progress, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate community integration by collaborating with community partners when required.
Education and Training
Keep abreast of professional advancements and contribute to the development of the department.
Provide training and guidance to support staff, students, and volunteers.
Participate in research and quality improvement projects.
Administration and Operations
Provide coverage for fellow Physiotherapists within the Allied Health team when required.
Monitor individual key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the implementation and promotion of new clinical services.
Participate in departmental or cross-departmental projects and committees.
Other Duties
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Head of Allied Health.
Diploma or Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy).
Fully registered and licensed to practise in Singapore with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
IT-proficient, comfortable working with cloud-based systems and MS Office.
Good team player with strong communication skills.
Able to multi-task, manage workload, and work independently.
