Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver physiotherapy interventions tailored to adults with mobility, neurological, functional, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with caregivers, nursing staff, and allied health professionals. Facilitate therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, in various settings, including home visits when necessary. Provide training and educational resources to caregivers and staff to support safe mobility and promote functional independence among clients. Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions to enhance holistic care planning for adult clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy. Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of physiotherapy. Demonstrated passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based environments. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
