Physiotherapist #HHLT

Salary: Up to $6,000 (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours:
. Weekdays
. 0.5 Saturday shift every 4 weeks

Job Responsibilities

. Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans
. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of physiotherapy records
. Ensure accurate charging of patients and regular updating of individual performance statistics
. Comply with established clinical and service standards
. Supervise Therapy Assistants within the workgroup
. Assist with the induction of newly deployed physiotherapists
. Supervise students on clinical attachments
. Practice within professional competencies and seek clinical support from supervisors or other healthcare professionals when appropriate
. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary discussions
. Assist and/or co-lead projects assigned to the workgroup
. Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory
. Review and update clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
. Assist in the development, promotion, and marketing of new clinical services
. Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes, hospital educational talks, and external workshops, forums, or seminars
. Actively update and maintain physiotherapy knowledge and skills

Requirements

. Minimum Degree in Physiotherapy
. AHPC registered (full registration preferred)
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
