We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team, with a focus on the rehabilitation of patients with hand and upper limb conditions.This is an excellent opportunity for physiotherapists who are interested in developing expertise in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. .Candidates with no prior hand specialisation experience are welcome to apply.. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
. Provide rehabilitative care for patients with .hand and upper limb conditions..
. Assess patients and identify their rehabilitation needs.
. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to restore, improve, or maintain patients functional abilities and independence in self-care.
. Educate and provide training to family members and/or caregivers when required.
. Conduct timely re-assessments and modify intervention plans according to patients progress and needs.
. Assess, recommend, and prescribe appropriate .assistive devices. where required.
. Support the development of competencies among therapy assistants when necessary.
. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation and clinical records.
. Assist with administrative duties, including charging, statistics collection, and related documentation.
. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a .multidisciplinary team..
. Participate in and support clinical, service, and quality-improvement initiatives.
. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
. Recognised Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy.
. Relevant professional registration and/or eligibility to practise in Singapore.
. Strong interest in hand and upper limb rehabilitation.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Compassionate, patient-focused, and willing to learn.
. Able to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
. No prior hand specialisation experience required - training and clinical guidance will be provided.
