Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a role that offers exposure across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.
This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy in managing cases, enjoy working collaboratively, and are committed to delivering meaningful patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied physiotherapy caseload across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation plans
- Perform regular reassessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Monitor patient progress and support discharge planning
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in case discussions and family consultations
- Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical compliance
Additional Responsibilities
- Supervise rehabilitation assistants and students
- Contribute to training, education, and community outreach initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement projects, audits, and research activities
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Physiotherapy
- Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage cases independently
- Comfortable working across different care settings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BCLS and AED certification
