Key Responsibility
Patient Consultation and Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
- Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.
Posture & Movement Guidance
- Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals
Therapeutic Treatments
- Administer physiotherapy interventions, including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
- Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes
Patient Management
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
- Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient.
Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, consistently upholding high standards of patient-centred service.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institution
- Full AHPC registration
- Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with caring, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques
