As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy services tailored to patients individual needs.

• Develop and encourage exercise and movement programs to maintain or improve patients functional abilities.

• Monitor and document patients progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in, and conduct, orientation, in-service education, and training programs.

• Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapy staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practice.

• Stay updated with current best practices, evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.

• Engage patients and caregivers through education, advice, and guidance to promote self-management and recovery.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy and registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
