Responsibilities
Team Introduction

The Physical Security System and Technology Team falls under the physical security department of the Corporate Services. Its core responsibility is to leverage technological means to guard against security risks within the workplace. In addition, the team undertakes the daily operation, maintenance, and upgrade of global physical security and prevention systems (such as Lenel, Hikvision, Avigilon, etc.), and is also responsible for the management and maintenance of physical security-related data.

- Strategic Leadership: Direct and guide the physical security systems and technology global team in comprehensive development, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives and projects.

- Project Management: Deliver and maintain all physical security systems and projects promptly with high quality via building effective communication channels and setting clear technical standards with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

- Risk Management: Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats. Develop and recommend tailored physical security measures and strategies to address and mitigate identified risks effectively.

- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant local and national regulations governing physical security, maintaining rigorous standards and practices across all security operations.

- Product and solution development: Have an external perspective, continuously research, understand and accumulate external solutions, evaluate implementation feasibility and ROI. Promote pilot projects by breaking the limitations of existing technology and solutions to enhance security and user experience.

- Budget management: Responsible for the overall department's budget planning, project planning, budget application, and daily budget management, balancing security, experience, efficiency, and cost.

- Team management: Responsible for team headcount planning, continuously recruiting and retaining high-performing talents, replacing low-performing employees, continuously improving team efficiency, and ensuring high-quality delivery results.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- 2+ years of experience with security systems and technology in technology companies. Prior experience working at a multinational company is essential.

- 2+ years of experience of leading a team of 5 at least.

- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-level security systems (such as access control, video surveillance, intercom systems, etc.). Obtaining certifications or participating in relevant training is essential.

- Experience leading and managing 3rd party security integrators on security installations with budgets of at least $3M per year.

- Extensive familiarity with international regulations and standards related to physical security globally.

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to conduct executive-level communication, since you will be cooperating with stakeholders from China market.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and mentor teams.

- Base in SG, RTO 5 days per week, can accept 10-12 days of cross-region travel per month as a global management role.
