About the Role: The Execution Expert
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on engineer to join our backend team. In this role, you will focus on block-level execution. You will move beyond standard nodes to work on ultra-deep submicron geometries, receiving mentorship from senior leads to master the flow.
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
- Execution: Perform block-level Place & Route (PnR) from Netlist to GDSII with high efficiency.
- Cleanup: Hands-on resolution of complex DRC, LVS, and Antenna violations using industry-standard verification tools.
- Timing: Assist in analyzing and fixing setup/hold violations and signal integrity issues.
- Learning: Actively learn advanced flow methodologies to improve your technical capability.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience:3 to 7 years of solid hands-on experience in Digital Physical Design.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Proficient in PnR tools: Cadence Voltus/Innovus or Synopsys ICC2.
- Familiarity with Physical Verification tools (e.g., Calibre) and STA concepts is highly preferred.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, fast learner, and capable of delivering high-quality work under schedule targets.
