Photographer

Key Responsibilities

• Capture a full range of photography services, including ID photos, professional portraits, friendship and couple portraits, and light wedding photography, while consistently adhering to HIMO's global photography style and standardized workflow.

• Independently manage the entire customer journey, from pre-session communication through on-site photography guidance, creating a comfortable and engaging shooting experience.

• Professionally assist customers in photo selection, providing personalized recommendations based on image quality and customer preferences to enhance satisfaction and delivery conversion.

• Perform daily maintenance and proper care of photography equipment, maintain studio sets,and ensure all shooting areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on portrait photography experience, with the ability to independently conduct photo sessions and manage the complete customer service process.

• Candidates with at least 6 months of practical portrait photography experience may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional learning ability and a strong artistic eye.

• Graduates who have completed a minimum 3-month structured portrait photography program at a recognized photography training institution are also welcome to apply.

• Candidates are required to provide a portfolio of their previous work.

Qualifications & Skills.

• Proficient in portrait lighting techniques, composition, and studio photography fundamentals.

• Able to quickly adapt to and consistently execute HIMO's signature photography style and brand aesthetic.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Skilled at directing and coaching customers to achieve natural, confident expressions and poses.

• Strong service mindset with attention to detail and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Able to work rotating shifts and maintain reliable attendance according to the studio schedule.
