Job Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with video shooting, content editing, and video editing.
- Gather trending and creative images/videos as material, have a strong sense of internet trends, and understand self-media operations.
- Support the CEO in managing social media accounts and responding to fan messages.
- Assist with certain business reception tasks.
- Provide other daily assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with at least 3 years of experience as an assistant to influencers/bloggers are preferred.
- Skilled in video shooting and editing, familiar with platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu; proficient in using filming equipment (e.g., Pocket 3, DSLR cameras).
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and emotional management skills, as well as directing abilities.
- Outgoing, talkative, and keen on trending topics and events.
- Passionate about new things and has a strong sense of aesthetics.
