Installation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the installation team for on-site installation 2. Efficiently allocate and manage on-site installation personnel, overseeing the entire installation progress 3. Complete on-site installation tasks on time and to quality standards according to project plans 4. Communicate with customers on-site 5. Provide periodic installation guidance and safety training to installation personnel. Qualifications: 1. Age 30-45, with a secondary school diploma or higher 2. Ability to read installation drawings (CAD), familiarity with installation processes, strong organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and experience in managing frontline staff 3. Good hands-on skills and communication abilities
