We are looking for aspiring teachers to teach Phonics to young children. Training will be provided.
Job Description
- Deliver structured phonics lessons (K1-P3) using decodable readers and a 15-minute core routine
- Run screeners & weekly probes, track progress, and adjust instruction
- Prepare lesson materials using Cognitive's Teacher Toolkit (scripts, assessments, decodables)
- Communicate student progress with parents and collaborate with colleagues/therapists
- Contribute to curriculum development and resource feedback loops
- (Optional) Support workshops/webinars for parents and teacher upskilling
Training & Career Growth
- Cognitive Certified Phonics Instructor (Level 1) + ongoing coaching.
- Pathway to Level 2/3, mentoring, curriculum projects, and leadership tracks.
- Opportunity to be trained as a Master Trainer.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in any discipline.
- Enjoy working with young children.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed in helping young children.
- Willing to be an entrepreneur (ownership mindset proactive in growing programs and resources).
- Strong spoken/written English additional languages a plus.
