You will perform blood-taking procedures (venepuncture) on inpatients in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and in the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) to collect blood specimens for laboratory investigations.
You will also support sectional initiatives to review and improve work processes to achieve organisational goals.
You will also conduct HIV screen interviews for patients
We offer flexi-day schedules to prospective locums from Monday - Friday for working hours from 8am - 2pm, min 4 days per week.
Depending on your desired day schedule and department's work requirements, we can offer fixed schedules or work on ad-hoc basis. Please indicate in your application the schedule you prefer.
Requirements
Experience in venepuncture (min recent and active 1 yr) required.
Able to commit to first 3 days, full day (8am - 5pm) training.
Possess a venepuncture certificate / Nursing qualifications
Able to work independently and a team player
Possess good communication & customer service skills.
Due to nature of locum, only Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs will be considered for shortlisting.
