Working hours: 5.25 days office hours
Job Scope:
- - Prepare aseptically compounded products (including TPN bags, chemotherapy, IV admixtures infusions, eyedrops)
- - Assemble medication, supplies and equipment and prepare products according to set procedures
- - Ensure double-checking of all prepared products before issuing from Lab
- - Ensure products manufactured by pharmacy follow quality control requirements
- - Carry out final packing of the product (including adhesion of auxillary labels)
- - Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
- - Fill up daily equipment log
- - Perform quality control activities (including hand plate, settle plate and contact plate)
- - Work in compliance of the Occupational Health & Safety act and its regulations, reporting hazards and deficiencies in a timely manner
