Pharmacy Inventory & Store Operations Assistant HDC

Join a healthcare support team and play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of pharmacy supplies and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability according to established guidelines
. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against relevant documentation
. Organize and store supplies accurately within designated storage and refrigerated areas
. Coordinate and process stock replenishment orders as required
. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage facilities
. Support the resolution of delivery discrepancies and inventory-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
. Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

. Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, or equivalent qualifications
. Training will be provided, candidates with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply
. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
. Able to commence work within a short notice period
