PHARMACY CUM QA ASSISTANT

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Track and manage prescriptions
• Support daily pharmacy operations
• Maintain organised records and logs for QA, SOP and training purposes
• Support QA activities and compliance checks within the pharmacy
• Draft, review and update pharmacy SOPs in compliance with current regulations and best practices
• Maintain records of SOP distribution, training attendance and staff acknowledgments
• Handle simple prescription processing and inventory control
• Support where needed in laboratory/compounding work
• Packing and supply of medications
• Assisting the pharmacist-in-charge in any other related function when necessary
• Other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science/Chemistry/Applied Sciences
• Good team player
