Job description

As a Pharmacist focusing on Regulatory & Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements fulfill regulatory requirements & are effectively distributed to reach out to more customers both locally as well as internationally. This role involves handling product registrations & maximising listing opportunities, liaising & presenting to various stakeholders, as well as spearheading new markets & new product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance & product registrations: Handle licenses & product listings in Singapore & overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & enable market access for business growth.

• Supply chain & product development: Monitor inventory levels & coordinate stock replenishment with internal teams & suppliers to support supply chain optimization, cost efficiency & successful product line growth.

• Client engagement & relationship building: Build & maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, stakeholders, customers & partners. Respond to inquiries from communication channels, conduct outreach, analyse data for actionable insights, proactively execute strategies to successfully increase product awareness, build customer loyalty & increase market share.

• Product outreach & positioning: Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver scientifically backed product education, be updated with the latest clinical evidence to create training content & marketing messages to position our pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements as products of choice for healthcare professionals, patients & consumers across the various markets.

• Process documentation & innovation: Learn about various aspects of the business & collaborate with the different teams to optimize & document processes as well as execute initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency & profitability for continuous business stability & success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy holding a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council

• Experience in regulatory compliance & product registrations

• Experience in Product Registrations, Market Access & Business Development within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry will be advantageous

• Ability to work with SAP Business One, Excel & Powerpoint

• Comfortable with data-driven analysis & delivering presentations

• Keen interest in market access, product & business development with an ability to apply clinical knowledge to achieve business goals

• Excellent attention to detail

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills

• Ability to present & convince different stakeholders

• Resourceful self-starter who is passionate about advocating for pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements
