Job Scope:
- Responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy.
- counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication.
- Help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
- Participate in corporate quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Pharmacy or any field
- Valid SPC
