Working with medical professionals in each country, who are armed with decades of expertise in their specialized fields, allows us to tailor treatment plans that work for the broad range of individual needs for their local populations.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensure medication safety, provide exceptional patient care, and contribute to strategic medical management initiatives while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations, Dispensing & Compounding

  • Oversee and manage clinical and compounding operations
  • Dispense and compound medications according to prescriptions and protocols
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards for all pharmaceutical preparations

Strategic & Medical Management

  • Lead onboarding for new doctors and healthcare providers
  • Manage clinical communications and relationships with medical staff
  • Research and implement regulatory changes for clinic compliance and product launches

Patient Care

  • Handle complex medical enquiries and provide professional counseling
  • Screen for contraindications and drug interactions
  • Conduct patient counseling on medication usage and side effects
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories

Inventory Management

  • Oversee month-end stock reconciliation and invoice processing
  • Manage procurement for medications, packaging materials, over-the-counter products, and pharmacy hardware
  • Serve as primary contact for sales representatives and vendors
  • Optimise stock levels and implement cost optimisation strategies

Special Projects & Governance

  • Support clinical operations, regulatory and new product launch projects
  • Collaborate with Clinical Governance Officer to develop and update standard operating procedures
  • Implement safety protocols and operational improvements

Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • University degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), either from a local institution or an overseas qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
  • Registered Pharmacist with valid practicing certificate from Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and contraindications
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Experienced in compounding medication operations.

Work Schedule

  • 5.5-day work week
  • Monday to Friday (Full day)
  • Saturday (Morning shift)
