Job Description


  • Generate Sales Revenues: Achieve monthly sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Plan and Organize Sales Calls: Strategize and plan daily sales call schedules effectively.
  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts while actively acquiring new ones. Cultivate relationships with doctors, purchasers, and clinic staff.
  • Product and Company Awareness: Drive awareness about the company's products among healthcare professionals through marketing activities and product talks.
  • Competitive Analysis: Gather competitive data and stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape relating to the company's products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


  • Education: Preferably possess at least a Degree or Diploma in a health-related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in healthcare sales is advantageous.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
