Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage gas station staff to ensure efficient operations
- Schedule and assign duties to employees, monitor their performance, and provide feedback and coaching
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of fuel, merchandise, and supplies
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Perform cash management duties, including preparing deposits, reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overages
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fuel pumps, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition
