Job Scope:
- Main Duty is performing grooming tasks such as bathing, trimming, and styling pets fur.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products for their pets.
- Clip nails, clean ears, and brush teeth to maintain pets hygiene.
- Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming requirements.
- Provide advice on pet care products, grooming tools, and pet food options.
- Offer advice on maintaining pet hygiene and coat care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of grooming supplies, pet accessories, and retail products.
- Clean and sanitize grooming tools, equipment, and workspace after each use.
- Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Work closely with the marketing department to implement and promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.
- Schedule grooming appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Handle payments and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years working experience in pet grooming or pet care industry.
- Minimum Class C or equivalent grooming certificate
- Familiarity with various grooming tools and techniques.
- Ability to handle and groom pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Passion for animals and their well-being.
- Able to handle the grooming process from start to finish
- Able to work long hours
