Job Summary
You will provide basic pet grooming services to support groomers, maintain a clean and safe work environment, deliver excellent customer service, and support store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic grooming services for dogs to meet quality standards
- Deliver friendly and effective customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of grooming and store premises
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to complete assigned duties and support store operations
- Work independently and manage grooming tasks efficiently while ensuring animal welfare
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of pet grooming experience
- Availability to work a 5-day week including Fridays to Sundays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to perform basic grooming on cats
- Comfort and skill working with various breeds of dogs and cats
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven, patient, reliable, and passionate about animal care

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 9am - 7pm
- Sunday: 9am - 6pm
