Job Description:
As a Pest Control Technician at ORIGIN Exterminators, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services at residential, commercial, and industrial premises across Singapore. You will be trained in pest biology, control strategies, and proper equipment usage to protect public health and uphold ORIGIN's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest inspections and identify pest activity or risks on-site
- Carry out pest control treatments using approved equipment and methods (gelling, spraying, baiting, fogging, trapping, etc.)
- Operate mist blowers and other tools safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate service records and submit digital reports using mobile field apps
- Advise clients on pest prevention measures and follow-up recommendations
- Maintain service equipmentin good working condition
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients
Job Requirements:
Essential:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Physically fit and able to work in a field-based, outdoor environment
- Able to work independently and follow scheduled routes
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week (including Saturday mornings)
- Prepared to work outside office hours if required (OT will be provided)
- Ability to communicate in basic English (for client interaction and report writing)
- Clean personal hygiene, as work may involve food-related establishments
