Job Summary
We are seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform daily pest control tasks at client sites, manage equipment and chemicals safely, respond to customer feedback, and support team operations under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily pest control treatments following the operational schedule at client locations to ensure effective pest management
- Inspect and maintain pest control equipment and apply chemicals and pesticides safely according to guidelines
- Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to address pest-related concerns and improve service quality
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned pest control duties and related tasks
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and chemical usage as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence to travel between client sites
- Hold a valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence to perform pest control operations legally and safely
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed at least GCE N-Level education
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Demonstrate a friendly and approachable personality to engage effectively with customers
- Enjoy helping people solve pest problems
