Job Summary
As a Pest Control Technician/Driver at System Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, you will conduct pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and government properties. You will drive to assigned locations, assist senior technicians with pest management strategies, maintain accurate service records, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and government properties to eliminate and manage pest issues
- Drive safely to assigned locations for inspections and pest control treatments
- Support senior technicians in applying pest management strategies to ensure effective pest control outcomes
- Record and report service details accurately to maintain up-to-date treatment documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and address their concerns professionally
- Handle pest control equipment safely and efficiently during service delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrate physical ability to handle pest control equipment and perform fieldwork
- Communicate effectively to coordinate with team members and interact with customers
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum education: PSLE or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- No prior pest control experience required comprehensive training will be provided
