Primech A&P is looking for an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our team of Technicians to deliver high quality services.

- 6-day work week with occasional late evenings

Responsibilities:
- Supervise pest control technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train new staff on procedures, safety, and customer service standards.
- Carry out pest control services, inspect properties to identify and manage pest infestations.
- Install preventive measures to manage pest issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations when performing pest control duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on pest prevention.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pest management experience.
- A valid Class 3/3A driving license is a must.
- A valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence is preferred.
- Must be able to work on weekends and night shift if required.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and service-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
