DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of overall vehicle care and maintenance which include always maintaining vehicles in care in excellent condition, overseeing regular servicing, cleaning and inspections and monitoring and managing fuel, ERP and parking needs.
- Provide ad-hoc support in errands such as basic administrative and delivery tasks, including document handling.
- Carry out all administration duties in full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Possess the flexibility to work extended hours, weekends or public holidays where required. Overtime and holiday pay will be provided in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving and safety records.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal driver.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic patterns and alternative routes.
- High integrity, reliability and punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills and service oriented.
