Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide chauffeuring services to the Project Director. The ideal candidate will be punctual, discreet, and possess a strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and timely chauffeuring services to the Project Director and guests for business meetings, events, and personal appointments.
- Support driving needs for other staff members when required.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
- Plan routes effectively and monitor traffic conditions to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Perform company errands, including the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, or other items as instructed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Punctual, dependable, and discreet with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience chauffeuring senior executives or VIPs.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
