Personal Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the Director, family members, guests and visitors. The role will also be responsible for ensuring assigned vehicle(s) are well-maintained and presentable, while assisting with day-to-day errands and logistical arrangements as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the Director, family members, guests and visitors within Singapore and Malaysia.
• Plan routes effectively and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at meetings, appointments and events.
• Ensure assigned vehicle(s) are clean, presentable and well-maintained, including coordinating servicing, repairs, insurance and road tax.
• Assist with errands, appointments, reservations and other personal or logistical tasks as required.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers, including handling luggage and packages when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal, family and business matters, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Prior experience as a Personal Driver, Chauffeur or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and comfortable driving to Malaysia when required.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Well-groomed, courteous and professional with good communication skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
