Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a professional chauffeur, where your driving expertise will ensure timely and safe transportation for executives. Enjoy a rewarding role with a focus on reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated chauffeuring services to the executive, ensuring safe and timely transportation to appointments. Operate the assigned vehicle in a courteous and safe manner while observing all traffic regulations. Plan the most efficient routes by monitoring daily traffic and weather conditions to enhance trip efficiency. Maintain the vehicle in peak condition, ensuring it meets all safety standards and requirements. Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, both inside and out. Conduct oneself in a professional manner while performing duties as a personal driver to superiors and visitors. Manage vehicle upkeep including topping up fuel and scheduling regular servicing and inspections. Print cash card statements and prepare monthly expenses for the vehicle, submitting all petrol receipts for reimbursement. Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience as a personal driver. Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record. Strong familiarity with Singapore roads and proficient in using maps or GPS. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to road safety. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to handle situations with patience. Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and after hours as required, with overtime compensation.
