Personal Driver
(6days/OT/Meal Allowance/flight ticket booking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company executives to and from locations within Singapore and frequently to Malaysia.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for business meetings, site visits, and airport transfers.
- Accompany the executive on overseas business trips (approximately twice per year).
- Assist with booking air tickets and travel arrangements when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
- Handle minor maintenance and coordinate with workshops for regular servicing.
- Manage toll cards, petrol expenses, parking, and related documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Run errands and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (or equivalent if based elsewhere).
- Proven experience as a company or personal driver, preferably with experience driving to Malaysia.
- Familiar with routes and traffic conditions in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Able to travel overseas for business trips (2 times per year on average).
- Basic administrative skills (e.g., booking flights, coordinating travel).
