Responsibilities
- Provide chauffeuring services for senior management and authorised visitors.
- Transport passengers to appointments and destinations safely, courteously, and punctually.
- Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and weather conditions.
- Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle remains in excellent operating condition.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, and other maintenance requirements.
- Refuel vehicles and monitor overall vehicle readiness.
- Manage vehicle-related administrative duties, including expense claims, cash card statements, and submission of fuel receipts.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while performing driving duties.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of personal driver experience.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use GPS navigation systems effectively.
- Able to commence work immediately is preferred.
- Proficiency in English for communicating with management, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work beyond regular working hours when required.
