Personal Driver

Company Overview

We are a privately owned business seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to support the Director and family with daily transportation and errands across Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the Director, family members, and guests (home, office, meetings, airport, school runs).
• Plan routes and use navigation apps to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.
• Run errands and handle delivery of documents, packages, and other items within Singapore.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading of personal belongings when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and in good working condition (interior and exterior).
• Monitor battery charge (EV) and arrange regular servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs when needed.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and professional matters.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and service at all times.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Working Hours

• Work days: Monday to Saturday
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Overtime: After 6:30 PM
• Vehicle pick-up: West side of Singapore at start of shift
• Vehicle handover: To Director at end of shift
• Breaks and meals: Taken during downtime when driving duties are not required

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with good safety habits.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic regulations, and use of navigation tools (e.g. Google Maps, Waze).
• Excellent driving skills with focus on safety, comfort, and discretion.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Professional, well-mannered, and able to communicate effectively with the Director and family.
• Familiarity with driving electric vehicles (EVs) will be an advantage.
