Perform dispatch duties for office colleagues as and when required.
Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and clean at all times.
Carry out routine inspection and maintenance checks to ensure that vehicle is in good condition at all times Report any incident occurred including spotting of dents/ scratches of the car. ,
Utilise navigation apps to find the most optimal route. .
Observe all safety, traffic rules and regulations at all times.
Take on ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, any field.
Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving license with good driving skills, cautious and responsible. 3
5.5 days work week (Saturdays - any 4 hours work hours, Sunday - rest day) 5.54- )
Due to job nature, working hours may not be fixed.
Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Good time management and organising skills.
To be on standby and responsive to calls.
Conduct professionally when performing duties as a personal driver.
Good driving record.
Well versed in conversational english and required to liaise with Chinese speaking top management
