Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable and professional chauffeur services to the Managing Director and his family to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments and social events
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduled maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users
- Manage time effectively to accommodate changes in schedules or last-minute requests
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Managing Director/CEO's personal and professional affairs
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests
- Willing to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required
- Pick up and return the vehicle from and to the east region of Singapore on a daily basis
- Attire must be long pants and a button up shirt or Polo T-shirt on a daily basis
