Personal Branding & Content Strategist (CEO Office)

Location: Singapore | Full-Time | In-House

We are seeking a Personal Branding & Content Strategist to collaborate closely with the CEO in building and expanding a strong personal brand across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book / <ong>).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the CEO's personal branding strategy.

- Create and publish daily short-form video content.

- Manage platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and XiaoHongShu (ong>).

- Write captions and scripts in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

- Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.

- Analyse analytics, engagement, and audience growth.

- Support monetization through brand collaborations and partnerships.

- Collaborate closely with the CEO on real-time content from daily activities, events, and business moments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

- 24 years of experience in content creation, social media, or personal branding.

- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms.

- Hands-on experience with XiaoHongShu () is highly desirable.

- Clear working proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and benefits are negotiable, and we offer a yearly performance bonus + of 5% on monetised brand deals and partnerships. There's also an annual review with career progression opportunities.
