Our client, a leading foreign bank, is seeking an experienced relationship manager to join their Retail banking department.
Main Tasks and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service for retail banking products.
- Handle personal loan applications efficiently.
- Conduct marketing campaigns for bank cards and other personal products in batches.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with VIP customers.
- Offer financial advice and promote financial products to retail customers.
- Keep clients informed about their portfolios and new product offerings.
- Generate reports on product performance and business trends.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle personal loan applications and provide financial advice.
- Experience in marketing bank cards and other retail banking products.
- Proven ability to maintain and manage relationships with customers.
- Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
