Functional(job responsibilities)
- Actively prospect and onboard new clients.
- Manage existing clients and enhance client relationships.
- Achieve agreed financial targets by building and strengthening relationships with clients, and closely managing clients portfolio with the aim to maximise growth and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a total banking proposition and/or relevant solution(s) to meet clients financial needs.
- Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance including complying with the department's standard operating procedures, the Bank's policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
- Handle the end-to-end account opening/ onboarding documentation, conduct and/or review the required KYCs in a timely manner.
Organizational(organizational responsibilities)
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Banking & Finance.
Experience
- Proven sales track record with 3 to 5 years of experience in a dedicated client relationship role managing high net-worth/ affluent individual clients.

- Highly driven and motivated individual
- Possess strong networking skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage
Certification/Licensing Requirements
- Relevant CMFAS certification
