We are looking for a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder/CEO of an Educational Company. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role supporting both business operations and personal matters.

You will serve as the CEO's first point of contact, managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and follow-through on time-sensitive matters.
The role combines executive assistance, operational oversight, and personal support coordination.
This position requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and proposals
Draft & Reply emails, contracts, and formal correspondence
Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups for team
Handle confidential information with discretion
Manage expense tracking, claims, and basic financial administration
Assist in hiring processes (shortlisting, interview coordination, documentation)
Support business development and operational initiatives
Coordinate with team members across the Kids Club and Kindergarten
Step in to manage or supervise teams
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow
Coordinate personal arrangements
Assist with family scheduling and logistics
Run personal errands and miscellaneous tasks
Driving duties (school runs, appointments, business errands when required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, executive support, finance, or related fields
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant supporting both business and family matters is highly preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possesses a valid driving license and comfortable with driving preferred but not necessarily
Comfortable working weekends when required
6-day work week (1 rest day)
Alternative arrangement of 5-day week (2 rest days) can be discussed

This is not a routine admin role. You will gain direct exposure to entrepreneurship, business strategy, operations management, and leadership across two growing education businesses. The right candidate will grow alongside the CEO and play a key role in scaling the organization.
