The Personal Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to our MD and management team. You will manage day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars - scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle travel and transport arrangements - ensure that the MD's daily schedule of activities and engagements is met efficiently
- Email & correspondence - drafting, replying to, and organizing emails and letters
- Filing & data entry - organizing physical and digital files.
- Confidentiality - Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Office coordination - liaising with other departments, vendors, or clients.
- Building maintenance - supporting the operations team in ensuring the functionality, safety, and upkeep of buildings and facilities
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Driving duties - Carry out daily driving activities, as and when required
- Vehicle maintenance - Ensure maintenance, service and cleanliness of vehicles
- Road Tax, Inspection etc - Keep track and record of road tax, inspection and related matters for the fleet of cars (eg fuel and cash card top up)
- Emergency Response - Respond to emergencies, such as accidents or medical issues, and provide assistance as needed
