1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and organize executive's daily calendar
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests
2. Communication Support
- Manage emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive
- Draft, reply, and filter correspondence when required
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
3. Travel Arrangements
- Arrange flights, hotel bookings, transport, and visas if needed
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries
4. Meeting Coordination
- Arrange meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Take minutes (if required)
5. Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Handle expense claims and reimbursements
6. Ad-hoc Tasks
- Assist with urgent or personal requests from the executive
- Coordinate with different departments when needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Levels, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree and above in any field
- Qualification in Business Administration / Office Management is an advantage, but not required
