- Salary: $4000 to $4500 + VB
- Working location: Pasir Panjang
- Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, transportation coordination, and schedule management.
- Prepare and compile itineraries, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise professionally with internal staff, external suppliers, and clients
- Provide personal assistance to top management when required, such as grocery purchases and coordination of household maintenance.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant counterparts
- Willing to travel when required
