Personal Assistant to General Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Personal Assistant (PA) to support the General Manager. This role combines executive support with data analysis, including managing administrative tasks, monitoring operational performance, and converting data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the GM
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Monitor operational data, costs, and performance metrics
- Assist with logistics coordination and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Excel knowledge of Power BI/Tableau, SQL or Python is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
