Role Summary

The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day business and personal support to a C-Suite Officer, ensuring effective time management and smooth handling of administrative, personal, family, real estate, and insurance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Business Support

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and manage follow-ups
  • Handle emails, calls, and routine correspondence
  • Maintain diaries, records, and documentation
  • Arrange business travel and itineraries
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Personal, Family, Real Estate & Insurance Support

  • Manage personal and family schedules, travel, and guest arrangements
  • Manage personal real estate in Singapore and overseas
  • Coordinate with property agents, lawyers, and vendors for real estate management
  • Coordinate vendors for property maintenance and management
  • Oversee real estate-related documentation, payments, and renewals
  • Manage personal and family insurance, including renewals, documentation, and coordination with insurers and brokers
  • Support family logistics, appointments, and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Hospitality, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in standard office and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail

Preferred Background

  • Former Singapore Airlines or other airline cabin crew
  • Experience managing global travel, itineraries, and hotel bookings
  • Experience supporting senior executives or UHNW individuals
