Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements to maximise leadership productivity
- Coordinate all business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation logistics
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, managing correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, proofread, and organise executive documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials to the highest standard
- Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, track action items, and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and redirecting as appropriate
- Coordinate and oversee special projects, ad-hoc tasks, and personal errands on behalf of the executive as required
- Anticipate the needs of the executive proactively, identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate
- Support the smooth running of daily office operations by providing administrative assistance to the wider team when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters and sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
