Job Description

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Position Summary

A highly versatile professional responsible for providing executive-level personal assistance, delivering premium inflight service and operational support on corporate/private flights, support restaurants service and overseeing franchise coordination and business operations for China market activities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion ,cultural adaptability, and the ability to manage both executive lifestyle needs and international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Flight Attendant Duties

  • Prepare aircraft cabin before departure to ensure premium presentation and safety compliance.
  • Deliver high-level inflight hospitality and VIP service standards.
  • Coordinate catering, passenger preferences, and special requests.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure passenger comfort throughout flights.
  • Manage onboard inventory, amenities, and cabin cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with pilots, ground handlers, FBOs, and catering vendors internationally.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes and operational requirements professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers and company matters.

2. Assist in Restaurants Duties

  • Welcome and seat customers politely
  • Present menus and explain menu items when needed
  • Take accurate food and drink orders
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle billing and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standard

3. China Franchise Management Duties

  • Support expansion and operational management of franchise activities in China.
  • Coordinate with franchise partners, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
  • Assist with market research, business development, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor franchise compliance, branding standards, and operational performance.
  • Translate or coordinate bilingual communications where necessary.
  • Arrange business meetings, trade visits, and partnership negotiations.
  • Support licensing, documentation, and cross-border operational coordination.
  • Prepare sales, operational, and management reports for headquarters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field.
  • Previous experience as Corporate Flight Attendant, and Franchise/Business Operations Executive preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel coordination tools.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is highly advantageous for China operations.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in private aviation or luxury hospitality.
  • Knowledge of China business culture and franchise operations.
  • VIP client servicing experience.
  • Event coordination and international travel management.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role involving office administration, international travel, airport operations, and inflight duties.
  • May require irregular hours, weekends, public holidays, and overseas assignments.
