Key Responsibilities

  • Secretarial & Administrative Support

    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    • Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain filing systems.

    • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking.

  • Marketing & Social Media Management

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

    • Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    • Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance.

  • Product Planning & Business Support

    • Assist in planning and coordinating new product launches and promotional events.

    • Conduct market research to support product development and positioning.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors.

    • Support relationship management by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
