Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and well-organised PersonalAssistant to provide administrative and operational support to the managementteam.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the management team's calendar, appointments, meetings and business schedules.
- Arrange local and overseas business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate communication with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors and other external parties.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Organise client meetings, business events and other company activities.
- Assist with expense claims, document filing, record maintenance and general administrative matters.
- Handle confidential company and management information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support for management consultancy projects when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative position.
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
